The Bayer Foundation has launched the 5th edition of the Women Entrepreneurs Award 2025, reinforcing its commitment to advancing science and social innovation under the mission "Health for All, Hunger for None."

This award supports women-led social enterprises in health, nutrition, and environmental sustainability through financial aid and mentorship. The renaming of the award reflects the leadership and innovation of the women it recognizes, aligning with Bayer Foundation’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

For 2025, the award seeks women entrepreneurs driving innovation in food security and health across Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. In partnership with the Impact Hub Network, the initiative fosters sustainable development by empowering local talent.

Bayer’s ongoing commitment to Sub-Saharan Africa is reflected in its investment in innovation, partnerships, and economic development. Women entrepreneurs in the region are encouraged to apply for this opportunity, which offers €25,000 in funding, a six-month accelerator program, global visibility, and access to an extensive support network.
